Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher (EU/EWR)

Sie haben das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.
Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter die Ware in Besitz genommen haben.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Im Falle eines Widerrufs erstatten wir Ihnen den Kaufpreis, abzüglich der Lieferkosten, binnen 14 Tagen nach Erhalt und erfolgreicher Überprüfung der retournierten Ware.
Die Rückzahlung erfolgt über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben.
Versandkosten werden nicht erstattet.
Die Rücksendekosten trägt der Kunde.
Bei Gebrauchsspuren oder Schäden behalten wir uns einen angemessenen Abzug vom Rückzahlungsbetrag vor.

Hinweis

Rücksendungen sind ausschließlich für Kunden mit Wohnsitz innerhalb der Europäischen Union (EU/EWR) möglich.
Rückgaben aus Drittstaaten (z. B. USA, Großbritannien, Schweiz) sind ausgeschlossen.

Diritto di recesso per i consumatori (UE/SEE)

Avete il diritto di recedere dal presente contratto entro 14 giorni senza fornire alcuna motivazione.
Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 14 giorni dal giorno in cui voi o un terzo da voi designato avete acquisito il possesso dei beni.

Per rispettare il termine è sufficiente l’invio della comunicazione entro il periodo di recesso.

Effetti del recesso

In caso di recesso, rimborseremo il prezzo di acquisto, escluse le spese di spedizione, entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione e verifica della merce restituita.
Il rimborso sarà effettuato utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento utilizzato per la transazione iniziale.
Le spese di spedizione non sono rimborsabili.
Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente.
In caso di segni di utilizzo o danni, ci riserviamo il diritto di applicare una riduzione dell’importo da rimborsare.

Avvertenza

I resi sono possibili esclusivamente per clienti residenti all’interno dell’Unione Europea (UE/SEE).
I resi provenienti da paesi terzi (es. USA, Regno Unito, Svizzera) sono esclusi.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU/EEA)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse the purchase price, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days after receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
Delivery costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In case of signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

Notice

Returns are only possible for customers residing within the European Union (EU/EEA).
Returns from third countries (e.g. USA, United Kingdom, Switzerland) are excluded.
