The diamond pattern of Lignes de Vie is reminiscent of paths that cross, separate and find each other again — a symbol of relationships, movement and change. Inspired by the idea of woven life lines, this rug stands for the interplay of clarity and change. It invites you to consciously design your own paths — with structure, rhythm and inner peace.
Lignes de Vie was hand-knotted using traditional craftsmanship on a vertical loom. The structure shows a medium-height pile with a dense, grippy surface — noticeably textured and full of character. The rhythmic diamond pattern with slanted lines, which is reminiscent of woven life lines, is particularly distinctive. It creates a balanced dynamic in the room and makes the rug a powerful but never obtrusive companion in modern interiors.
Nomades7 is more than a brand — it is a curated collection of individual textile pieces with origin, attitude and soul. Each rug is made entirely by hand by Berber women in the Moroccan Atlas Mountains. Alexander Heritsch selects these pieces locally — not based on their appearance, but on the basis of energy, symbolism and history. We believe that spaces need more than beautiful things — they need meaning. That's why we don't sell mass-produced goods, but woven time. Each piece is unique that not only lies — but also works.
And that a hand-knotted rug doesn't just lie — it stays.
